Late e21 brake master cylinder

Post by Jay C »

Hi All,

So after a couple of years driving an old Saab 900 I've got my 1983 316 (very late E21) back on the road and I'm loving the purity of the drive and just about everything!

But.... my brake master cylinder has failed.... Does anyone know the part number and where to get for a reasonable price, please?

Many thanks,

James

I know where you can. Get a repair kit if that helps...

When you find out let me know please! I've got the same problem myself and I got one sent direct from BMW in Germany, but it's still no good! Being new old stock it seems the seals are hardened so don't do their job properly.
