Hmm not a look that I aspired too, but I like it. The red goes with the general dechrome look really well. Have to see when the front end is fully sorted though.

You wouldn't get very far without a boat/helicopter!

That leather dash looks great. And I like those red headlight rings Jacko! Reminds me of a Golf gti a bit..

Fitted bigger brakes. 298mm vented discs & 4 pots from a Cosworth. Might not be as pretty as Wilwoods but stop way better. :)

went on a mini Rally around the TT circuit in order to launch our team for the 2012 Lanzarote IRONMAN competition
The Manx Triathlon Team
to raise funds for Cystic Fibrosis

Chum of mine's family has been touched by this and two of his sons are in the team!

He is a classic car enthusist so got all of us to accompany the bicycle team to launch the event.

mind you we had an easy time compared to the guys who had to pedal the whole 37 miles!

details can be seen at: http://www.ironmenseeoffcf.com
Took Camilla and Herman- lovely day so Camilla was the firm favourite with our team!

and later we stopped off at various points to provide water and cakes for the riders

Had a full on drive over the mountain road (no speed limits of course!)
reminded me how little I know of Herman- it takes quite a lot of effort to "set" for a corner ie to overcome the understeer- can't go mad as I had a passenger and the roads were not closed so we had traffic coming the other way.

Pleased to report that we all managed to raise £450 for Cystic Fybrosis in our "car rallye" for the day- quite eclectic range of classics involved as you may see from picture below:

Looks great! Seems they used some Tectyl or similar with your car as with my car these corners were silver. Used some Tectyl there now as well before it's too late.
