Stone chip would be better, but then you'd have to repaint it

It's still there.

Having the leaky alloy E30 sump swapped for an E21 steel one while it's there, so not expecting news until this afternoon. Discovered it needs a number plate light bulb this morning, other than that it should be OK.

passed

replaced clutch pedal rubber and a number plate bulb. Oil leak is the oil pressure switch, runs down the wire and trickles to the corner of the sump rather than the sump leaking.

Took mine for an MOT and hung around like a expectant father whilst it was prodded,probed and manhandled.
PASSED WITH FLYING COLOURS!
The tester even commented on how well it was.
I should have had more faith. :thumbsup
There's one out there with my name on it.

£4.50 oil switch fitted, took 10 minutes, would have been quicker if I had some deep sockets. Oil leak fixed. Went for drive.
