Urgent - 323i brakes on 318i

I'm sure this would have been answered, but I need to know what must change in order to have the vented discs from a 323i to put onto a 318i? Do the strut mounts have to change as well?

Nope, brake discs and calipers, that's all. Well in fact the calipers are the same for all models but with spacers fitted to accommodate the wider disc. Two brands of calipers supplied over the years and these do not have interchangeable parts. Discs are all the same though.
