Dismantling my e21

Hi guys,
I'm preping my e21 for bodywork. taking of trims, glass, bumpers etc....

How do I ..
1.Get the rear windows out(not the pop out type.)
2.Remove chrome trim on doors and the roof drain lines without wrecking them
3.Front and read windscreen removal?..I've removed the chrome inserts on both and tried pushing them out.

Okay, i've managed to get the drivers and passenger chrome trims, all held on by clips. No ides on the rear windows.
Is it as simple as just pushing them out?

Take the chrome strips out and push the glass out of the rubber. You may need a suitable long thin but not sharp object to get a corner started on the side windows. Screen you can normally pop a corner out with hand pressure. Do not try and lever the screens out, as they will go pop!

That's for the front and rear windows. The rear side windows are removed entirely in one go, including the chrome. Just pry the rubber from the inside pushing the window out with the rubber, bit by bit. The chrome is a pita to refit so better leave that on the rubber seal. If you feel like removing the chrome anyway, make sure its back on the rubber seal before refitting. Once the window is in you won't be able to get the chrome back on.
