the fronts will require a hubcentric spacer thats 15mm.

the rears shouldnt be a problem. you want 195/45/15s

I've got 7 x 15in (20offset) fronts & 7 x 15 (15offset) rears and after some testing, i recon i need min 12mm-15mm spacers to front & 3-5mm on the rear so gathering by your offset you might need at least 15mm to the front & 5mm to rears.....
