Have you tried starting while pushing the dizzy open from the inside of the air filter housing? Simulates full throttle to the fuel dizzy.

Try pushing up the lever at the bottom of the dizzy first, that might make it going again. BTW how did you check the injectors? They need sufficient pressure to open, did you try cleaning fluid or ultrasonic cleaner and then test if they were opening on compressed air? They may be stuck shut.
