Re: What did you do to your E21 today?
Well the Hartge front spoiler for the E21 looks very much like the original Motorsport spoiler but you get to keep the front bumper. That makes it my favorite front spoiler but as no spoiler is even more favorite I don't have one at all hahaha

Re: What did you do to your E21 today?
Got the Baur out of the garage, unblocked the drivers side washer jet, fitted the newly arrived W&N strutbrace (delivered while I was at Dad's house getting the car complete with a printout hardcopy of the BMW e21 parts list etc for free). Then I dismantled the centre console so I could fix the heater controls (cable sheath not secured to the mechanism), took the glovebox out and cut the flange off the side so I could fit the grille on my speaker, put it all back together, put 3 kids seats in it and took the boys to pick my Daughter up from school. Tomorrow I'm driving to work in it.

Gerrit. Here is the facelift spoiler that fits your car. Maybe same color also. New with paint.

Got my washer bottle fitted.

Re-assembled the air box and fuel distributor

Re-fitted all the intake bits. Managed to make a mess though as now only firing on 5 cylinders! Too tired to work it out. Will do tomorrow.

Took off the brake booster/master cylinder, exhaust manifolds, expansion tank and plug leads to get at the rust underneath. Gave it a first going over with the wire brush ready for some paint stripper and more rust removal.

Started fitting set of exhaust headers and while under here noticed a dodgy looking alternator mount that will also need attention.
