i would use this as a donor car for another (better condition) bodied e21.
There are some good parts there, and things like shockers, struts etc can be expensive. The lights and bumpers look good.
I know that there is a good complete e21 323i with engine here in VIC (about 100kms from me, nearer Melbourne) for just $400 (on gumtree) that I was looking at but the wife was giving me grief about having another car in the shed.
