Interesting comment you made over on Cliosport; hope you're building the car for you and not 'internet points', that would be a waste of an early E21 for the sake of pleasing the 'peanut gallery'. That said there are a load of modded E21s (mine included) on here, with guys who really know what they're doing.I feel if whatever I do, pleases the guys on here, it will be a somewhat contrasting reaction over on BMWE21.net!
They're all quite, 'original' shall we say.
Watch & learn kid, watch & learn.

Yeah I did say that, but tbf when I first came on here, most of what I saw was original and reasonably unmodified.
Having done more reading and flicking around, I've seen there are more modified cars on here
I'm certainly not building it for Internet points, I'm enjoying the car and enjoying this forum, and enjoying my threads on the few forums that I'm on.

I think most people here are simply building the e21 they want - which is the best way I reckon. Diversity is a good thing anyway.

Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car. Oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.
Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall. Torque is how far you take the wall with you.
