Can anyone point me in the direction of some instructions to put attach the tension bar back onto the bonnet?
Cheers,

Bonnet tension bar assembly
Re: Bonnet tension bar assembly
Yes you will skin your knuckles.
As I remember I put the hinge etc onto the car then bolted the bonnet on after. You need at least two people to get it all in the right place with tension on, I did one side first then the other, but you need to get both ends of the torsion bars in the right place before starting to bolt it on.
When it's on you can bolt the bonnet to the brackets and test for fit. Don't do what I did and hold the windscreen end of the bonnet when someone else is fiddling at front end, I got my index finger caught between the end of the bonnet and the door/a pillar. fortunately as I'd been grinding some damage off that edge it was sharp and sliced my finger rather than completely crushing it!
