I'm sorry if this has been covered, I done a search but didn't find a definitive answer
My e21 is receiving its new 2.5tds engine in the coming days/weeks, I'm fairly sure the brake master cylinder set up is going to get in the way so was wondering is there any smaller, yet just as effective replacements? Could've sworn I read that a mk2 Clio or golf one would fit but need a definite answer.
If it helps ill be running refurbed 323 calipers, d&g discs, greenstuff pads up front but standard drums on the rear for now
Cheers
Brake master cylinder/servo direct swap?

Re: Brake master cylinder/servo direct swap?
No worries fella.
Just a thought, but if there are a few people doing servo delete/upgrades, should we approach SVC and see if there's a ''Group Buy'' discount to be had?

id be 100% game for this!
Re: Brake master cylinder/servo direct swap?
Before you all spend on removing your brakes n stuff.
Maybe this remote master might work ok but id wait till mark has got his on the road and given a fair assessment on the functionality of all this stuff so he can iron out any potential issues.
Brake systems although relatively simple in theory, require a lot of thinking about as theres formulas and stuff you need to work out to make sure its going to be compatible with your calipers etc
