M20 exhaust manifolds

As Im selling some Ive been asked the question. Are 320 and 323 exhaust manifolds the same ?
And while Im here, I found out why my brakes were sticking on so badly. The pivot directly under the brake servo was seized. Is that common ?

I can only imagine that a 320 manifold on a 323 engine would restrict the airflow if it did fit

However a 323 manifold on a 320 would allow greater flow
