Re: Wheel advice please
Sorry again guys just a quick one, are the studs on an e21 the same thread as a golf, polo etc? And also will the seats on these bbs's be tapered or radius?
Re: Wheel advice please

Re: Wheel advice please
I mean as in the taper after the hex on the studs, where it actually makes contact with the wheels. Can do some serious damage to the wheels if the wrong ones are used
Re: Wheel advice please
Yea bbs take a the stock tapered bolt. same as original wheels.

Re: Wheel advice please
Ahh sweet bud, thanks for your help, from past experience stock is radius, aftermarket is tapered, it's only as I need to get hold of some spacers so obviously longer bolts will be required
Re: Wheel advice please
Oops that's what I meant. Lol

Re: Wheel advice please
Haha no worries, so ill need some longer radius bolts to run some spacers then
we got there in the end haha
Re: Wheel advice please
50mm I think . I can measure one. Didn't your car have rims when you got it? Maybe already has spacers n longer bolts?

Re: Wheel advice please
Well I'm not sure if the wheels on it are standard or not tbh, they could be off an e30 but I'm not sure, and as I haven't seen the car in the flesh I won't know until I get home, and I want to make sure I have spacers there so when I get home I can put my wheels on regardless!!
Re: Wheel advice please
you need spacers on e30 rims to fit them mate. wait till you get home!

Re: Wheel advice please
Is there any way I can tell if my wheels are e30 or not?
