Staggered turbines?

Post by trash-berd »

Were there any turbine wheels from different edition e21s that were staggered?

Or for 1100 Euros now, right here on bmwe21.net! http://www.bmwe21.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=20455

Fair money for a set in a great condition these days it seems. There also was a set in 13". Only Alpina had staggered sets for the E21, BMW didn't have any.

You know I've just been having a chat about these with someone today. I've always liked Alpina's but prices are increasing and they are still pretty old wheels. With a few modifications won't 16"'s look just as good - if not better?
Its the same deal with 16" Alpinas for an E3, I've gone for 17" and a happy bunny with the price and beefier look.
