M20 Oil Stick Housing

Hey Guys,

I'm having my 323 engine dismantled to replace the rings and shells on the block, and the bores honed. We're stuck on removing the housing for the oil dip stick.

Not sure how to remove it; would really appreciate if anyone has done managed to do this or could advise?

Any help is much appreciated.

It just twists out once you take the bracket off.I think I used a pipe wrench
