E21 5 speed rear gear selector mount

Ok,
I have finished the conversion on my 323i and it now has a 5 speed manual box in, all good apart from one thing. I had everything for the conversion except one thing. There is a 90 degree bracket from the little tab that is welded on the tunnel behind the gearstick hole, and the rubber bush that hangs below the plate in which the gear selector is located, can anyone confirm this is correct, and if so, where might I be able to find one? Also my gearbox leaks a little oil when hot, are the getrag 245 5 speeds renowned for the failure of rear oil seals or is it more likely that the seal has just gone dry and needs using more as the gearbox was sitting round for at least 6 months before fitment and didnt leak the 3/4 litre or so it had in there at that time?

Thats the part, for a 323i the number is 25111207113. Just been and searched on BMW classic parts and it is no longer available, suppose my only option is a used one if anyone has one available. As polo says number 6 in the above image, can anyone help?

Yeah Real OEM is extremely useful, it always confuses the guy at the parts desk when you come in with a print out of his computer screen!

I got the rar mount sorted, big bavarian beauties sold me one for a fiver! Gearbox is still slightly smelly as its leaking gear oil onto the exhaust, any ideas why this could be?

Is it leaking from the front or the rear of the box? Output flange or gear selector seals aren't too hard to change and a common wear item after all these years.
