I don't class myself as a salesman, because that itself is a profession and looking to make a profit every time surely? I'd describe it in detail and honestly and if the products any good it will sell itself. Anyway! No digs intended Mobster. A couple of questions.

I agree the Zone can be an awkward place to sell, but have you had any luck on there?

I don't recall seeing a 325i sport auto, not that I'm saying they don't exist. Does it have anything to say on the logbook it is a sport? Or were all 325i's just known as that?

I'm asking this because if I know anyone who is after one, I'll put this in their direction!

plenty sports came in auto.
The thing to look out on them is like most cars their rust issues.
Especially under the M tec body kit.And all the other known areas.

Was after 1 myself a while ago but gave up on the idea.

Honestly didn't know Sports could be Autos, but makes sense. This wouldn't put me off, I've driven a 325i auto and very nice it was too!

Any '80s Sports version with auto box is a contradiction imo, just like the auto versions (not even SMG) of the E36 M3 that were made for the US market for people who can't drive but like the ///M badge. Perhaps that is where BMW started to go wrong with the ///M badged cars. Nowadays most of these are just heavy limousines that have nothing to do with a sportscar at all.
