I have these in my car, does anyone know if they are factory e21 recaros's?

Yeah the have definitely been recovered mark, because there is no way BMW could get away with doing such a woeful job haha.
I agree the badges do look weird, before I got them they had been in some guys old Nissan Ute!!!
The photo was taken before I put the rails on, the leaver you can see pulls the front part of the seat forward. The seat position level is near that lever, its a smaller piece of steel with a plastic handle angled at roughly 30 degrees. Does that sound like yours Nas?
The part number suggests they are BMW e21, but its tough to tell thanks to the "restoration" the got.
There are tilt handles, but only 1 on the outer side of both seats rather than the passenger normally having two?
Also do you guys have any ideas on where I can get replacement foam?

Loads of cars of the same era got the same type of Recaro, but they're certainly the right style/type. Easiest way to check if your car came with them is to take the chassis number to main dealer and check build spec.

They look the same as ALPINA seats with other upholstery.
