Meeting up with other forum members during Sharknose Meeting

As suggested earlier under events, it would be great to meet up with other BMWE21.net forum members, especially now that we're expecting so many from abroad.

Appointment: meet at 12 noon at the main entrance of the hall which is abt halfway the sharknoses parking lot.

Suggestion: wear a sticker on your shirt showing forum name and first name

Could be nice to meet up, you guys are on a campground together? Afternoon time we're setting up the market stalls but there are no options for food or drinks there on Friday. Can't say for sure yet but perhaps a few of us can drop by!

On a similar note, was there talk of an evening meal / get together on the friday or saturday?
We are staying in the same place both nights, before heading of to the Nurburgring Sunday morning.

Can't tell yet but it might be nice to meet up at your camping, let's try that!

As for the other proposal to meet up: we have made arrangements with the Rijnhal that food and drinks remain available until after the event so we can sit down for drinks and snacks after the event hence on Sat. Just note that they probably won't have any alcoholic beverages, most of us still have some driving to do after the event.

My friends and I are stopping at Oostappen Vacation Resort Arnhem (NL).

Simply as its 58 quid for the whole weekend for 6 people in a chalet

We have crap entertainment and a water slide and a bar . Your more than welcome to join us..

Camping Waalstrand is abt 20 mins south of the venue, Oostappen abt 20 mins north. We'd like to try and pop by at one place with a few from the team, preferably the site with the most bmwe21.net members of course! I guess that will be Waalstrand? Not sure what time that will be, prolly 5-6PM. Sound like a plan?

And remember to all meet up with the E21 members near the main entrance of the hall Sat at 12 noon! Wear a name tag!
Aaaaaand it could be nice to have a drink with the main E21 members afterward so don't make a run for the door but stay for drinks and smalltalk late afternoon!
