Hi all
trying to replace my front headrest .
Cant take them off any ideas

There are buttons on the side of the bolster near the top that you push in and then pull the head rest up. If that makes sense?

correct, on the side, towards the top and the rear of the seat

Took me while to remember the buttons on the side....I was there for half an hour yanking and yanking....
While I'm here, how do Recaro headrests pop out? No buttons on the side.
I think they are from an e30.

Just one sharp pull should do the trick on Recaros, no unlock buttons indeed
