"what should I do?"

Don't bother sticking that boat anchor in.

"What do I need?"

first you need an engine,
some engine mounts
a gearbox
bit of wiring
probably some other stuff like brakes / prop / cooling system / etc

Just using the search function on "M30 swap" already gave me a few useful threads. Feel free to test the search yourself as well, may be better to do some research before asking

I love M30s. Pretty much as Nas states but if you have an M10 engine already you can use the box in conjunction with an uprated M10 clutch.
