Visit to Classic Car store near The Hague (NL)

Post by Jeroen »

Was in doubt if I should put this one in the off topic section or not, but since nearly all photo reports are in this section and since it was a huge meeting  I placed it here. Since we were nearby we decided to check out www.stolzeclassiccars.nl who just moved into a new location. We only had one hour so we made it a quick visit, but we did take some photos for you guys!

Joop Stolze has gathered a collection of currently close to 500 cars over the past 35 years. Cars are being bought, stored, restored, displayed and if he likes you he may even sell you one! Many cars are US imports, mainly California. For some models we see rows of cars, British, Italian, German (mainly Porsche) but also American. An impressive collection.

Also enough other vintage stuff around to make the time travel complete

Nice Glas 2600 V8 "Glaserati" from just before BMW bought them

Also 2 pcs 2000CS

There was supposed to be a 635CSi as well but we didn't see that one. Surprisingly enough there were no other BMW cars

I'll definitely be going back to spend some more time myself!

I noticed one 240Z and I was already glad to check it out, funnily there are more fans within my group of E21 fans and I was happy to discover this lot, and a few more!
