Bushes lubrication

can anyone suggest appropriate lubrication for bushes?
(I guess that a simple silicone spray would not do the job...)

you need lithium grease its white.

And do I need to get them out or can they be lubricated on the car (i.e. their outer sides which can be reached, while they are still on the wishbone etc.)?
