Steering wheel repair recover

The leather on my wheel is a tad cracked up,has anyone attempted repairing a wheel before is this something I should attempt or should I find a specialist any thoughts wheel is italvolanti three spoke

Depends on how bad it is, sometimes you can sand of the dry bits and restore the leather and its original color. If its too bad fresh leather is an option, we had a group action in Holland sending the wheels to a specialist in Poland. I don't think you will get a decent result by replacing the leather yourself, not tight enough and getting the stitching right also requires quite a bit of experience.

Oh it Defo needs new leather its to cracked up ,I think il have to find someone to do it for me :-/
