H and r springs or Apex ? for -35 to -40 any preference .

What 15" bbs x- spokes ( poss ex e30 ) fit e21 best or don't ?

Moved to regular Tech

Don't think there's too much difference, from what I've heard H&R lower 35mm and are slightly more comfortable, Apex a bit harder and -40mm. Perhaps someone can confirm this?

I've just gone to -40mm (from -60mm before). The car sits much better. I doubt you'll notice a 5mm difference to be honest.
