Door catch rattle

I have long been searching out an annoying rattle on Herman

Now think I have found 90% of it! It seems to be coming from the inside passenger door handle (nb Herman is LHD)

Now I will have a go at it this w/e
but has anyone else had this problem? Is it common?
Not sure how to remove the door handle armrest thingie? where is the forward screw- under then thumb cap?

Using Herman as my daily driver after the MGs alternator went at the w/e

yep the screw is under the silver cover, i had this and it was the

securing plate for the door lock and a slightly bent in anti tamper cover

knocking agaisnt the window
