Help with bumper for my friend

Hi guys,

my friend asked me a question in which i was unsure, so i said i would find out from the people who would most likely know.

Does the following bumper fit underneath the original front chrome bumper trim.

Or does it replace the whole lot, a bit like the zender bumper

My best guess this one replaces the complete bumper setup. As the number plate is normally places on the chrome bumper and it looks quite larger then a BBS front spoiler.
