What do people use in their cars

I have a tweeked m20b25 lairy cam, breathing mods, i now run an oil cooler and the sump is baffled

The car gets daily/fast road and track day use

And opinions?

On my M20B27 stroker with a lot of mods, works perfect, with the oil cooler, temp on a hot day does not exceed 120-125 degrees.

I see more and more camshaft wear issues with S14 engines and that might be because of a continuously decreasing ZDDP (Zinc) content in motor oils. Afraid that is going to affect the slightly more conventional and lower revving engines like M10 and M20 as well that's why I switched over to Mobil 1 Extralife 10W60 as this is one of the few that still has the higher ZDDP content of older engine oils aimed on conventional valve trains (>1000ppm). Used that in my S14 at first but as a precaution I'll be using that in M20 engines as well.

I agree with Jeroen .. i use the mobil extended life 10w60 in all my m20
