Recaro seat
Any one ever seen these seats or can they confirm if they are out of a e21. I know the rails are but seats look odd to me. Will get better pic's up later when i recive them.

Re: Recaro seat
Looks to me like later type recaros like from a ford escort rs. But the rails look good, seats are fine and sit good. But no original e21 recaros.

Definitely not original fitment, but certainly a period seat. googling brought up this link which might be of help:

Oh i know they're not Porsche, it was just another example of these particular aftermarket Recaros being fitted into another car.

Re: Recaro seat
Ya was thinking that there was no way they were originally in the car. How easy is it to get rails now and are they worth big money

Re: Recaro seat
They're not hard to make, that's how I fitted my Leather Audi recaros:

I made my brackets offset to centre up the steering wheel on the seat, but if you made the brackets symetrical, they'd be in the standard position.
