Up graded to a m50 manifold on the m52 engine

Having a few problems hope someone can help.
I've upgraded the manifold on the m52 engine, but it's running bit rough lumpy like the mixtures not right, stalling at times
Can It be that I need the m50 throttlebody as well.?

Ive read that when you do the m50 intake upgrade it will take a week or two for it to settle down as the ecu relearns
allso have u checked for air leaks as this can happen after an intake swap.

No u can use the one on it. Bolts on. Just make sure the seal is good
