Painting Suspension Components Which Paint?

Post by e21Keith »

With the shell going away for paint in a couple of weeks I'm freshening up the suspension and chassis components ready to refit.
Previously I've used smooth Hammerite but never found it to be that durable. Can anyone recommend a paint for me to use please?

Its costs a bit more but Frost do some good coatings. I think Simon has used their chassis paint on his struts/roll bars etc.

It leaves a kind of rubbery texture for durability.

Yep, I was looking at that, keen to hear what people have been using. Got quite a lot to do so hoping to avoid the cost of powder coating!
