E30 Recaro to E21?

Hi,
I'm searching best and easiest way to install e30 recaro seats in my e21. Is it possible to install e21 sliders or runners on to those e30 seats?
Or is the only way do a bit metal fabrication and instal e30 sliders directly to e21 body?

Does anyone have picture of e21 recaro mounts so I can see what's the difference between e30 mounts?

Two things.
1. If real recaros, they all have the same holes, easy to swap to the e21 sliders. E30 recaros are not very common.
2. If they are regular e30 sportseats, you need to fabricate some adapterplates or something. Regular e30 sportseats have also the extendable seatpart and are often mistaken to be recaros.

Those are real recaros from e30. I know it's not very common..
So it needs to be e21 recaro sliders? Sliders from e21 basic seats can not be used? Any idea where to get those e21 recaro sliders?

The Idea of the Recaro 'sliders' is that you can use your stock e21 sliders. The recaro sliders are actually adapters, so from bottom to top:

-floor
-stock sliders
-recaro adapters
-recaro's

Maybe it's possible to use the e30 recaro adapters, drill some extra holes (if necessary) en put them on the stock e21 sliders?

Ok. with genuine Recaro LS seats you need the stock slider and a adaptor bracket which you can get on eBay, I'll PM the link as last time I posted it disappeared.

These adaptor plates are not identical to the genuine items, using genuine brackets the seatbelt clasp fits on this adaptor, using these eBay replicas the seatbelt mounts on the stock slider and it sits a bit low.

Check ETK as some of the genuine parts are still available from BMW as I recently found out!

Thank's Keith for your answer. But I think those adapters won't help me with this case. I have to modify the door side mounts like the previous owner did. These seats was in e21 before I got them...

Does anyone know if there are any color codes for the BMW Recaro leather?
