E21 Rims and Tyres

Hi,

I'm seeking some advice.

My E21 323i 1982 has had it's original BMW rims replaced at some point, now running some BBS Mahle 15" copies. I'd like to put original BMW alloys back on it, 15" preferably.

Can someone confirm what size rims will work without mods? I've seen 7inch and 6inch referred to in places, but not sure what offsets work, and somewhat out of my depth here. Any guidance really appreciated.
