is it a good idea or i am just stupid?

i was thinking after evryone goes to collage from my friend to my gf..
i might finish the green bmw soon and i am thinking in taking the engine and trans and LSD out of the orange car and sell them and upgrate the car and put 3.5 engine in it with 5 speed manual trans. i have the engine at home with 88.000 miles on it.

how much will i be able to get for the hole packege from the orage car..
engine with oil cooler and radiator. 5 speed manual trand..drive shaft and LSD.

and is it good idea or just leave the car alone.

i think is better to sell the orange car as it is and finish the green one
