Hello,
Can anyone advise if a series 1 e30 m20 Air conditioning compressor work on a e21 323i m20 car with factory Air? Will it bolt on ?
BMW e30 AC compressor are much easier to find than e21.

Don't know, but it will be trial and error, I suppose. Start with comparing numbers and pictures at BMWfans.info or a site like that.

That's where I'd start, cross reference check on bmwfans.info or realoem.com
My parts supplier tells me that for example the ALANKO 10PA17C, P/N 10550134 may be a straight fit for both E21 and E30 so well worth to check out thoroughly before ordering but there is a possibility is does fit indeed. You may need to add E30 brackets though. Details on your current compressor may help to find the right replacement as well.
