BB-Carworks 323 S-Edition restauration

Today i got the new additional air slide valve! It´s not a OEM part (got it from leebmann) but it works (boiling water test) - it did not close complete! Is that normal or missfunction?! Maybe a little bit of WD40 will help?!?

And i changed the screws: (thanks uwbuurman!)

All good news! Not sure if the air slider is supposed to close completely. You can always try some lube, won't harm.
