My 1978 316

this car has been dry stored for about tens years and when i finally got round to getting it out it looked like this:

but a good clean and she now looks like this:

her she is opened up; interior, engine all original from factory, still on the first clutch too.

My first E21 (and BMW for that matter), 3 previous owners (one my uncle and one my father) and covered 78000 miles.

i think it's just going to be a clean and restore jobby, bring her up to stock spec, i love the 'sepiabraun' too i've not seen a brown car in ages

Brown is the new black! Looks nice but would look even nicer if you lowered it a bit and brightened things up with some alloys....

I dont know something is coming to mind saying "galaxy chocolate" and am getting the crave for it!!! veeeery retro car and nice original colour nice!!!! give it a polish/buff ..
