You should try GAZ better product than metrix IMHO

Saw a mate 2 weeks ago, someone from school, not seen him since we left, found out he's one of the head engineers at Gaz and since i was kinda clever enough to drive him around and get him a few drinks while we were out and the end result....he offered to do me a set for a very good price!!! So GAZ all the way.
Also i've been to see their factory, if anyone was rich enough Gaz golds are bloody lovely.
If you cant do it, and arent willing to learn....pay someone who can!

They are GAZ gold's and cost about 1k and are made to order as they are not listed on the site.
Mine cost me less as I sent a set of LEDA's to get rebuilt and basicaly got a brand new set of GAZ back. The front sturt is thicker than stock.

hmmm, 1k, pounds of course. The dollar might hit 50 pence soon, so they might be the go as they look pretty nice. Nearly impossible to find bilstein and koni's in the larger 6 cylinder diameter now, so could be a good alternative.
I notice in the other thread you run fairly soft spring rates though, is that something you did specific for a track or have you gone stiffer since? what sized bars do you run front and (if) rear? did you have to play around with the bump/rebound of the shock to tune them a little with the springs you ordered with it, or was it pretty well set? im guessing you have stripped the car out so it probably dropped the weight a little, but you have a cage, so has the weight of the car changed a whole lot?
The price is pretty good considering you get both bump and rebound adjustments. Normally that sort of money would just cover the costs of a couple of front struts.

The rates area bit soft, could do with 450/350 i think the rear still bottoms on a hard exit. Once I finnish the build I will corner wieght the car and calc the spring rates.
Currently i am have alpina b6 bars (adjustable rear) but plan on make some adjustable bars by doubling the stock ones. On track I run about 1/3 hard front 1/2 hard rear and change to full soft front, 1/3 hard rear for driving to and from the track.
You do need to provide doner struts but I am sure wizor could source you some
