Engine is restored. Although with abt. 90.000 KM not needed, everything is 26 years old ... so the head was removed and everything is new now. I won't desfribe what happened but it was done good.

Although I bought the car with 90.000 KM's, I never knew if this was true or not .. but the prices was ok, even though if the KM's were not original. A check at the NAP (km registration in NL) learned the KM's could be original and after removing the head I now know for sure ... there was no sign of wear whatsoever. Everything was so perfect clean and original it had to be original KM's ... :)

I will post some new pictures soon ...

I am very happy with the paint job, it is not 100% perfect but I doubt someone will ever get it 100%, I will always find little things ... but it looks great, I also want to use the car on the road, not strore it under a cover in the garage ...

Work to make the car ready for use will start soon, will have to think what I would like to replace with new stuff and what not. I really want to use the original chrome strips etc. but then you have a fresh painted car with old and used chrome  the same for all other things, can't buy everything new!

Nice color for this day...(for the non-dutch: Queensday = orange).

Is it finished before 13-06-09? you're welcome at our insurance taxationmeet.
Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car and oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car. Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall. Torque is how far you take the wall with you.

Although it looks ornagne, it is Hennared. In real life it looks red.

I don't think it will be finished in June, more likely around August - September.
