lowering
Lowering suspension
Just reading up on all the threads....looking at doing the same. I'm guessing Bilsteins and Eibachs are whats recommended? 1" or 2" (25 or 50MM) I've never done it before....lowering.....but the mechanics part is fine. Just wondering what hints and tips are out there on what to choose for a reasonable price( in Canada)

Bilsteins and Eibachs are the preferred choice yeah, but those things also put holes in your wallet and can sometimes be hard to get hold of (in Britain anyway). There are a few more setups out there for a alot less, that offer great performance.
Unless your using it for track or have loads of money then Bilsteins or coilovers all the way. If its just for fast road use, go KYB or Spax. -40mm or -60mm seem to be the average lowering size's but im sure if you ask Wizor he'd double those figures.

Had a good run in today. I put it up a couple of notches on the stiffness and went for some country lane driving. Im pretty happy with it so far, the body roll is minimal and getting the back end out is controllable and enjoyable. Just need to give the old girl some power now and ill be laughing

Keep in mind, when I ask these next questions, that I have not seen or dealt with the following, but I'm here to learn...DrGonzoPOW wrote:Try searching for 'Gaz' coilovers
Will 2002 or E30 suspension kits fit on my E21 application?
Seems like many companies offer one or the other in the way of performance suspensions, but only offer just springs or just dampers for the poor E21... I appreciate your support...
