Cheers Wizor. Found out that those wheels are called star spokes and were used on alot of e30's. They look pretty smart with the black centres and lip. Will respray them when i get a chance but for the money i paid im pretty chuffed. BMW still do the middles too so might see if i can get a set for cheapo's

My nice new Ansa backbox which retro kindly pointed out for me on ebays. Looks niiiice, cant wait to get it on the car but its pissing it down at the mo. Wish i actually had some time to drive the car, only done about 50 miles since moving back to Wakey. Think i might do an Alpina and squirrel it away in a garage for all eternity :D
Apologies for liz taylors ugly mug in there

Nice looking exhaust!! just out of curiosity, is it for the looks or for sounds you want the box, or both?

More the sound really but i mainly bought this because i wanted a new backbox but finding one that actually fits and isnt universal seems to be quite a task.
The quality is far better than i expected from the pic on ebay Retro, so im pretty happy with it so far. Ill try and get it on the car tomorrow and see how it shapes up. Cheers

Dont be silly, it will make your car look sweet at the back regardless, and the tailpipe will give a small sound.. so dont get upset mate, i could be wrong

Got it fitted earlier, pretty happy with the look but as Alpina pointed out i think that these Ansa boxes and not too far from standard. Still the noise is definately different. It makes more of a raspier/mettalic sound and its nice bubbling away on tickover. Overall im satisfied more than dissapointed, the next step will deffo be the full stainless system and this is a nice piece to have on the car until then.
