The Surfers New Board

It's been a long old road getting it to where it is at the moment. Still not finished, quite a few bits to go.

How it looks now:

I must admit I was blown away when I first saw it! Really really chuffed, the bodyshop guy did an awesome job, really took his time on it but it was definitely worth the wait.

Some of the changes include: smoked front lights, red rear light clusters, colour coded mirrors, chrome door handles, Alpina rear spoiler taken off, fog lights taken off, Alpina stripes taken off and cool new plates.

Thanks guys for all the kind words, mucho appreciando.

D Farrell I would've sold you the spoiler but I sold it a couple of months ago to a nice bloke from switzerland via this forum. It funded most of this restoration!

Well I'll be driving it from now, next couple of weeks it will be going back in to get the wilwood calipers and Bilsteins fitted. Hopefully before that I'll try to get the rough idle sorted.

Mark, I'm well pleased with the results. It's externally pretty much how I wanted it, just gotta get the mechanics of it sorted and some of the interior. Oldskoolio, they are the same wheels ... just cleaned!

Bought another set of wheels that will be fitted down the line.. but need to get them refurbed and get the lip polished at the moment.

Look forwards to seeing all you lovely chaps at Ace on Monday. :D :D
