Indeed I did have a grin slapped across my face, v enjoyable journey!

Darren, the power is very noticeable, 323 engine doesn't even come close.

Tommi, the heater and temp gauge still not working this morning, checked the fuses and all is fine, not sure what the issue is? Any ideas? :?

Glad to see the car's on the road and (more or less) finished, I've been working like a dag on my M20 (gaskets, clutch etc), will take a while as still got suspension refurb to finish, and the stuff I'm polishing.

Sure you'll get there soon dude.

Just come back after a nice long run and somehow the heaters started working all of a sudden?!

But the temp gauge is still showing as ice cold!? Not sure what that could be? Perhaps the valve stuck in the thermostat?

Interesting, so is your temp gauge functioning properly now? If so what did you do to sort it out?

working perfectly well. I will ask the guy who put it in for me what he did or just ask the Einstein of the Motronic conversion aka Jimmi.

I can see the brand name: 'TommiShockers' {play on words on the Steven King novel 'The Tommyknockers)
And yes I know they're not shocks they're dampers but what the hell!

Well no, 'Shockers' could also mean to shock, either in an electrical or general sense.
Like carbonfibre roofracks... :D
