Nice looking car. How much boost are you running? What is the turbo from?

10lbs boost. it's actually a cheap ebay turbo I bought for fitment and to see if it would work but it's holding up better than anyone would have thought. 130.00 dollars U.S. T3 .63 a/r

Car looks sweet as a project but I also believe it needs rather lots of work (in terms of appearance-of course these are matters of taste first of all)
I don't like very much the wheels (again a matter of taste: nobody likes MY car's alloys anyway...)
I don't like the seats at all...they maybe good looking in a Maserati, but it doesn't mean that they look good in the E21, actually your pictures are proving the contrary...
I also do not like some other little stuff of the interior (such as the wooden spherical gear knob) but I won't continue, in order not to be so negative...Start with having a look at what there is available in the various websites, (I guess you can easily find the addresses, they are all in here and in other forums as well), try to imagine these items in your car, and how they would be looking, have a look at other cars to see various projects and get some ideas, and that's it...You'll see the car getting better and better with each improvement you proceed to!!And that's the beauty of the whole thing...

Yes I know I have a collection of sheet metal.still need to order new rear sheet metal for euro conversion. when the weather gets warmer I will be doing alot of work. but for now I did find some seats online from summit and did some research somebody has put them in a e21 let me know your opinons. are they to sport compact?

Todays not a good day to start working.
