Tickets are available from the BMW Car Club office - tel. 01225 709009 email office@bmwcarclubgb.co.uk

Tell them you want to be on the E21 stand & they will issue a pass with your ticket.

Being an ex-E24 owner I'll look forward to seeing it.

I might have to come in Plan B if I can't get the Baur started (not to mention MOT'd).

Hi Mark
were are you on this. Are we showing in the classic section or ?.

Thought you were sorting this out as the bmw club e21 registrar HELP!

This is only going to work if the ground work is put in. I've heard we might be near the 02's. Hope not as they will have a good turn out and we be lucky to get 6 cars on. :(
The e30's have 30 cars to celebrate 30 years of the e30.
What have we got.

95% sure Mark isn't going to Gaydon but to retro-rides instead.

I think there is a stand for e21's though, that's implied from the email I got back when I enquired about tickets.

e21-Mark wrote:I know we are still a good few months away but I really hope we can finally show just how many UK e21 there are out there now?! In past years we have struggled to get more than a handful of cars, but there have also been odd occasions (like the PPC magazine shoot) where we showed some potential for having a terrific stand.

I can think of an easy 14 or 15 cars and some of those are currently in the middle of some fantastic rebuilds. I know not all UK e21 owners are part of the forum but I hope they can be persuaded to attend Gaydon this year? The more e21's we get there, the better it is for us all.

Kicking things off, can those of us who would like to attend if possible, please post below?

yeah sorry mate. its just my mates are all wanting to go retro-rides, you the only one that turns up then you win the best e21 trophy eh.

we should all aim to get everyone to the BMW show at santa pod instead, at least there you have a drag strip you can go up.

Quality not quantity.

E30's are 2 a penny & are still seen on the road. E21's are not. Surely visitors would rather see something more unusual?

When I started running the E24 register for the BMWCC there had been 4 cars at Gaydon. We got 20+ the next year & the same again last year. Once the ball starts rolling the cars start coming out but you've got to start somewhere.
