Conside: A lot of time you need to restore. In time on my restoring after paint-job i worked almost 1000 hours (exactly today 983

). I started in June 2007. I can't imagine to restore a car on other place of residense
greetings Stephan

Your restoration reminds me of all the time I spent on my 2002.
To add to the dilemma, I have plans to relocate permanently to Atlanta, but plans have been delayed due to the economic situation. The best scenario would probably be to ship it here, restore it, and then take it back when I relocate. However, import taxes here are very high, and I would not get reimbursed when I send it back.
I have to consider all options, but, in the meantime, I'll just repair a few mechanical issues and enjoy it. I will let you know what I finally decide.
Regards,
Harry

Hey Stephan,
is the fuelpump working, maybe a dum question, it maybe only circulate the fuel through the retour line and so does not generate enough pressure for the injectors.
