That looks like the £130 ebay alloy rad for the e30 m3

Nice conversion. Does that rad have an expansion tank? and if so, where are you going to put it? Also - what do you have planned for the air filter/intake?

The radiator is a Mishimoto all aluminum dual core. It does not have the overflow built into it. I am currently fabricating a custom made aluminum overflow bottle with the proper fittings and neck. This will alow me to use the S14 radiator cap and my new Samco hose kit which I have already bought and installed on the engine. It will have to be mounted along the firewall beside the coil. The E30 M3 bottle was too big to fit there so thats why I am having one custom made to fit.

I bought the radiator from ECS tuning, they are also available on ebay too.

Thanks,

As for the air intake I purchased a 90 degree silicone hose which will run from the air box to the AFM. Then I may have to use another silicone hose to change the angle of the K & N filter. The filter will be fully enclosed. I will provide more pics and a full detailed right up of my project.

Thanks
