Supersprint 323i e21 Exhaust production run

Post by al@bmp »

We are checking with our tooling department in Italy to see if we still have the jigs for the complete Supersprint exhaust for the e21 323i. This would include the headers, resonator and L&R mufflers. We are interested to see if the forum members would be interested in having us do one last production run of these items? This would be the same product that was available from Supersprint when the vehicles were new.

As far as I know there's more info on its way so we can turn this into a decent group buy.

We will post photos shortly. We still have photos from and old catalog printing. The rear mufflers were dual exhaust chrome tips. The headers will be changed to stainless from the original mild steel.
I shold habe more information in the next day or so.

Sounds great... :D 8)

But I think they will be a hard sell with dual exhaust tips on each rear muffler. I don't know anybody who will run with that on an classic E21 :?

I'm hoping he means dual exhausts exit to a single chrome tipped piece of around 2" each.

I'm definitely interested in this idea.... Only if each muffler has a single tail pipe, as the cars were built with, and I don't think majority of owners would want 4 pipes at the rear, especially as value is on the up on these beauties.
