Here is a look at my recently finished "M POWERED" E21. This car started out as a stock 1982 320iS, yes the "S" model E21. It came with the Recaro interior, 3.91 LSD, 23.5mm sway bar up front and 16mm sway bar in the rear, sport steering wheel, front air dam, bbs rims, upgraded tool kit and AC delete.
Here is a picture of the car in it's original state:
Here is another picture after I removed the front bumper:
This is how the car looked when I finished the conversion:
Then I changed the rims and tires once again:

Big thumbs up, love the fat rear tyre look. Thinking about going down that route too.

Looks great, must go like a rocket as well!! How difficult was the wiring? Looks a very tidy job. Did you use the M10 gearbox or the S14 one?

Thanks for the great coments. It pulls really hard, not too sure how hard the wiring was cause I had my mechanic do it for me. When I asked him though he said it was fairly straight forward. I used the Getrag 260 transmission, it can handle the power better. I am running the 3.91 LSD which makes it launch like a rocket. That's why I went with the big rubber all around. It handles like it's on rails. SO MUCH FUN!

The rims are 15x7 with a 0 offset. Tires on the front are 205/50 and the rear are 225/50. I had the lips rolled on all four corners. So far I have not noticed any rubbing.

The rims are actually XXR wheels. I had the TSW rims on prior to these but they just didn't seem right. When I saw these rims and tires I had to try them on. They changed the entire look of the car and stance. I was sold! First thing I did when I got the car was remove the BATTERING RAM. It probably weighs in between 50-60lbs, bumper and shocks combined. Installed the front stress bar and made my own rear stress bar as well. The car handled much better but it still needed to be lowered. Then came the complete coilovers and camber plates which I purchased from METRIX MOTORSPORT. I had the springs set-up with engine conversion in mind. I told them the M10 motor is coming out and I am installing an S14, so the springs and shocks were customized with the S14 in mind.

what a quality bit of kit, only thing i would suggest is dropping the front end another 20mm or so.
I think just about everyone on here aspires to have a car like this, keep up the good work.
